Celebrity Big Brother fans were left speechless after realizing how old Coronation Street star Colson Smith is.
The reality show returned to television last night for the first time in six years, with the show debuting on ITV.
The show first rose to fame on Channel 4 before moving to Channel 5, where the latest season aired in 2018.
The opening show, hosted by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, saw many celebrities entering the iconic house.
These include former X Factor judges Sharon Osbourne and Louise Walsh, Kate Middleton's uncle Gary Goldsmith, TV presenter Fern Britton, Strictly Come Dancing professional Nikita Kuzmin and Love Island winner Akin-Su Kurkoluoglu.
Another actor involved in the series is 25-year-old Colson Smith, who many of you will recognize from his role as Craig Tinker in Coronation Street Recognize him.
But some were left speechless when they realized how big Coulson was.
One person wrote on X: “Coulson turning 25 will be the most shocking thing about this series.”
Another commented: “It really blows my mind that Colson Smith is only 25 years old.”
A third said: “Wow, that Colson Smith guy is only 25.”
“Can you believe Colson Smith is only 25 years old? He looks at least 40”
During Monday night's press conference, AJ and Will asked Coulson how he felt about entering the Big Brother house.
He described it as a “pinch-me moment” and said he was excited to show off his personality.
He said: “This is a three-week break for me. I don't want to act, I just want to be myself.”
You can watch the next episode of Celebrity Big Brother with Coulson and the other housemates tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
For the next three weeks, each episode will air every night from Sunday to Friday at 9pm.
