She believed she spent five years in heaven, even though she was only dead for 15 minutes.
A woman who was pronounced “clinically dead” has told what life after death is like.
Linda Kramer collapsed in the bathroom of her home on May 6, 2001; Near Death Experience Podcast on YouTube.
She told the show's hosts: “I spent five years in heaven. It's a place where time doesn't exist and I can take any form I want, even the form of other people.
“That's when I found myself standing in what I call a 'flower field,'” she added.
“What I saw was a mountain 30,000 times larger than Mount Everest. I interacted with people, talked to them, and became them.”
The video of her interview, which has been viewed more than 400,000 times, highlights the popularity of religious fantasies and the pervasive conspiracies that souls can face after death.
People shared their awe and wonder at the story in the comments section of the podcast.
One person wrote: “I didn't believe in this stuff until I got deeper into meditation. The things I see and experience during my altered states of meditation are life-changing.”
Another netizen shared: “My 2-year-old was clinically dead for 40 minutes. I revived her and about 6 months later she told me she saw her great-grandmother…I have no doubts about it.”
Many others recounted similar experiences: “I was dead for over 2 minutes and remember what it felt like. I also remember being angry when I woke up and learned I was still here.
“I'm very relaxed. Death is not something to worry about. I used to find it scary. It's quite the opposite.”
Kramer later recalled how she felt when she woke up from her coma in the intensive care unit after losing consciousness.
She described how the first person she saw was her nurse and the first thing she said after the accident was “How's Motley?”
According to Kramer, Motley was the name of the nurse cat.
Kramer was able to tell the nurse a range of details about the cat, including what color her hair was, that she had kidney problems and required expensive medication, and her age.
The nurse was shocked because this was her first time working on the ward and there was no way Kramer could have heard her talking about her pets while she was unconscious.
While Kramer didn't explain how she obtained the intimate information, she recounted how she developed some strange habits in the years after her death.
One of them is being able to “see ghosts and dead people every day.”
Kramer, a former doctor, has published a book about her experiences and offers explanations and insights into the world of ghosts and psychics.
