Take out the factor 50!
The Met Office said temperatures could soar to 26C in parts of the UK on Saturday, making it the hottest day of the year so far.
Temperatures are expected to rise slowly on Thursday and Friday, with peaks reaching 26C in parts of southern England.
Healthy sunshine is also expected in Scotland and Northern Ireland, with temperatures expected to hit 22C in Glasgow and 20C in Belfast on Saturday.
While northern England will feel the heat, cloudy skies and moving high pressure “may lead to prolonged periods of rainfall”.

Met Office meteorologist Amy Bokota said: “High pressure is expected to dominate the UK for the rest of the week and into the weekend.
“High pressure is bringing dry and stable weather, with warm air over the UK, which will bring pleasantly warm temperatures. There is a lot of confidence that high pressure will continue into the weekend.
“Temperatures are expected to rise over the coming days, with a peak likely to occur on Saturday.”
The coming days will be warm, sunny and dry in many areas, with temperatures above average for the year 🌡️
