hurt moment
A Bayern Munich legend barely had a ticket for tonight's Champions League second leg against Real Madrid – until the hosts intervened.
After last week's 2-2 draw in Germany, the next match will be between Madrid and Bayern, with the winner of the Bernabeu facing Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League final at Wembley Stadium on June 1.
Ahead of the crucial match in the Spanish capital, Real Madrid have chosen to invite former Bayern goalkeeper Oliver Khan to watch the match.
Previously, “Bild” claimed that the Bundesliga giants forgot to invite Khan himself.
Khan is a legend at the Allianz Arena, making more than 600 appearances during a 14-year career, winning eight Bundesliga titles and the Champions League.
He previously served as the club's chief executive until he was relieved of his duties at the end of last season.
Operation Ten Witches Update
Over the past few weeks, controversial Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been linked with a job at Bayern that will become vacant this summer.
Ten Hag was Bayern's second head coach and was linked with replacing Thomas Tuchel.
But “Bild” said that the German club has removed him from the candidate list, and Hansi Flick, who previously served as Bayern coach, has also been linked with a return.
