bullet trainOne of the most entertaining action movies of recent years has just arrived on Netflix.
Released in theaters in 2022, Brad Pitt stars as Ladybug – a notorious, down-on-his-luck assassin determined to complete his latest mission in Japan peacefully after running into trouble at his many jobs.
“However, fate may have other plans, as Ladybug's latest mission brings him on a collision course with deadly opponents from around the world on the world's fastest train – all with interconnected but conflicting goals, ” the synopsis reads.
“Bullet Train” is directed by veteran stunt performer and coordinator-director David Leitch (“Bulletin,” currently in theaters, and the very good “The Fall Guy”).
What sets it apart from similar action comedies is its cool train backdrop, Brad Pitt's unusually sweet performance at the center, and its cast of actors including Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Andrew Smalls, Bad Bunny, Brian Tee Excellent supporting cast including Henry Henry, Hiroyuki Sanada, Joey King, Logan Lerman, Michael Shannon, Sandra Bullock and Zazie Beetz.
JOE's positive original review of the film reads: “Bullet Train is essentially: 'What if Tarantino directed a '90s action movie?' The answer is… that would be great. “
