PSG reportedly wants Rashford to replace Kylian Mbappe in summer
Marcus Rashford has apparently made a decision about his long-term future at the end of this season.
Despite his good form in recent weeks, it has been a difficult season for Rashford, who has scored just eight goals in all competitions.
PSG have long admired the England international and see him as the man to replace Kylian Mbappe, who is almost certain to leave for Real Madrid this summer.
The French giants tried to sign Rashford back in 2022 and offered him £400,000-a-week, but the 26-year-old rejected them.
Rashford decides where he will play next season
Earlier this month, The Mirror claimed that Paris Saint-Germain would offer the Red Devils £75m to lure him away from Old Trafford. They added that United would need around £100m to begin discussions, but a source told The Sun that Rashford would refuse any upfront payment and was one of the players who would not be involved in a mass exodus.
“A number of players will leave Manchester United in the summer, but Marcus will not be among them,” they said.
“The new regime sees him as a key part of the future direction of the club.
“Marcus has really worked hard since he had issues off the field earlier this year.
“He has impressed Erik ten Hag and the rest of the coaching staff and is determined to finish the season by scoring a lot of goals and trying to get into the England squad for the European Championships.
“He then hopes to play a key role in ensuring United get back to where they need to be, in the top four and challenging for the Premier League.”
Rashford commits to Manchester United
In an article for The Players' Tribune, he said: “If you question my commitment to Manchester United, that's when I have to speak out. It's like someone is questioning my entire identity and who I am as a man. represents everything.
“If you start to question my commitment to this club, my love for football and my love for my family, then I'm just asking you to be a little more humane.”
