New scents and scents are coming to celebrate National Fragrance Week
Lynx launches a new line of premium fragrances.
For National Fragrance Week, Lynx has launched a range of products designed to rival some of the world's most prestigious brands.
Lynx went undercover in London and unveiled a billboard, inviting passers-by to smell the sign and see if they could tell the difference between the new Lynx Black Vanilla scent and the Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille product.
In a recent study, 74% of people said Lynx Black Vanilla smelled better, and then Wes Nelson surprised everyone by revealing that the light, fresh scent was actually Lynx.
The new Fine Fine Fragrance range is available in five different scents: Black Vanilla, Blue Lavender, Aqua Bergamot, Emerald Sage and Copper Sandalwood, priced at £5 per 100ml.
“At Lynx, we believe luxury should be inclusive, not exclusive. The launch of our collection of boutique fragrances ensures consumers have a premium experience without the price tag.” Monique Rossi, General Manager, UKI Deodorants, Unilever .
“We're excited to launch a collection that allows people to do just that, on par with one of the most respected brands in the world.”
Nelson added that price shouldn't determine how good a person smells. He said: “The fact that Lynx outperformed luxury brands in blind taste scent tests is incredible. I spend more money on various fragrances than I care to admit, so I wanted to get involved and Spread the word that Lynx has created a luxury fragrance at a price point that's accessible to everyone. I believe luxury isn't about the price tag, and this new fragrance proves that.”
