Gareth Southgate recalls some old faces
Gareth Southgate has dropped Kalvin Phillips for England's upcoming international friendlies against Belgium and Brazil.
Phillips has been one of Southgate's most trusted servants, most recently featuring in games against North Macedonia and Malta in November, but he has struggled for game time over the past year and is on loan at West Ham Poor performance during the period.

He follows James Taccox as he helps the Toffees keep eight clean sheets in the Premier League. Anthony Gordon was also named in the squad for his outstanding performances at Newcastle United.
Despite ongoing calls for Jordan Henderson to be dropped from the squad, Harry Maguire has also been named in the squad despite facing injury concerns.
