Hugh Jackman and Jodie Comer have reportedly been tapped to star in a new movie centered on the story of legendary heroic outlaw Robin Hood.
The project has a working title death of robin hoodis expected to begin filming in February 2025.

Story-wise, insiders say the film will portray the outlaw as a battle-hardened loner (Jackman) who is coming to terms with his past after a life of murder and crime Fight.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to reinvent and innovate the Robin Hood story we all know,” Sarnowski told the Hollywood publication.
“Ensuring the perfect cast to bring the script to the screen is crucial,” he added.
“I am absolutely thrilled and confident that Hugh and Judy will be able to bring this story to life in a powerful and meaningful way.
This is certainly not the first time British folktales have been adapted for the big screen.
Another version is currently under development called Robin and the Hood.This is due to Sky broadcasting and putting the star James BondNaomie Harris and game of Thrones'Gwendoline Christie.
Kevin Costner is best known for his eponymous role in the 1991 film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieveswhich also starred the late Alan Rickman, Christian Slater and Morgan Freeman.
Jackman is set to appear in a Marvel movie deadpool and wolverinehe will return to the role of Wolverine.
The Shawn Levy-directed project released its trailer last week.
