The Italian official burst into tears at the final whistle
Referee Daniele Orsato was in tears throughout Tuesday's Champions League semi-final.
Paris Saint-Germain beat Borussia Dortmund 1-0 at the Parc des Princes, with Mats Hummels' second-half header sealing Dortmund's place at Wembley.
There were emotional scenes as the Bundesliga side celebrated with fans from far and wide at the final whistle, but they weren't the only ones.
Video showed Osato crying after the game, but many people didn't know why.

For Osato, Tuesday's game was his last Champions League match after confirming he will retire after Euro 2024.
Osato has been a FIFA-listed referee since 2010 and has officiated matches including the 2020 UEFA Champions League final in Lisbon and the 2022 World Cup opener in Qatar.
He was also selected as the best referee of 2020 by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).
The 48-year-old was praised for his work in midfield, particularly when he correctly awarded PSG a free-kick when Ousmane Dembélé was fouled on the edge of the area.
