Often we start something with great enthusiasm and zeal. We work hard on it and try to improve it by using all the tools of the trade. Then the pressing needs of life force us to deviate our time and energy from that venture and invest in some other equally or more important tasks. When this continue for long and stretched for weeks, the enthusiasm for that venture starts fading and we feel hard-pressed to devote any quality time for this venture which we ourselves started with so much vigour.
As I came back today and write again for this dear blog of mine, I am feeling the same emotions of a lost enthusiasm for this blog. As I am not getting enough time to write quality articles for this blog, a feeling of disappointment has started emerging in me. A very busy schedule in my professional and domestic life has started seriously effecting my online activities these days. The worrisome thing is that this is not going to over soon. In forthcoming days, I am going to become more busy than I am today.
Well, this blog is my personal blog and I don’t think a lesser posting schedule here will affect anybody in anyway accept myself. However, after having spent quite some time here blogging and writing some good posts (I think they were good) and getting a small but regular readership of some very dear friends, it is difficult to digest the fact that my already irregular routine of blogging is going to become more irregular.
In any case, I am not going to abandon this blog for lack of time or energy. My enthusiasm for writing is as fresh as it was in the beginning when I created my first website. No matter how irregular my blogging routine become, I will continue to write here.
Storms come in life and sometime they threatened to wipe us with them. However, storms don’t remain forever. They fade on their own. We only need to patiently wait for them to go. I am too waiting for my storm to pass : )
